Sweet Green Smoothie

1 serving


1 cup cold, filtered water

1 big handful of spinach or kale

1 celery stalk, chopped

1 granny smith apple, cored & chopped

1 banana

Juice of 1/2 of a lemon

1 tbsp hemp seeds or chia seeds

1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

1/2 tsp ginger (optional)


Add all ingredients to a blender and blend well, 2-3 minutes. Add more water if needed.
