1 cup water
1/2 cup coconut milk (or other non-dairy milk, like almond or cashew)
6 ice cubes (if using fresh fruit)
1 cup of chopped fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend well, 1-2 minutes.
