Ingredients

Juice of 1 lemon

1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt

1/4 cup of tahini 

1 clove of garlic

black pepper, to taste (optional)


Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed until well combined, adding water if necessary to achieve desired consistency. Serve over salad, roasted vegetables, or pasta. You can also use it as a sandwich spread.
